At present CCI have advised that they have 6 Japanese pilots, 4 American pilots, 1 Russian pilot and 1 Brazilian pilot, as well as the Australian pilots. Three of the American pilots are returning from last year, as this event is now an FAI sanctioned world Category 2 Event.
CCI this year is again being sponsored by Cabonne Council, Destination NSW and of course, many local businesses. During the week of the event there will be many ancillary events, with of course the main event being the Balloon Glow which starts at 7 pm.
At the moment volunteers are still needed to drive/crew a vehicle (ute or car and trailer to be supplied) to assist with some of the overseas crews. If anybody is interested please call Graham Kerr on 0427 441 819.
