Returning residents, Jayson and Eve Clout have set on a new food venture and are very excited about sharing their new tasting plate and experience with the locals and tourists.

“We love Canowindra and we honestly couldn’t be happier that we are opening our business here, it’s the perfect spot”, Eve said.

The first official opening is on Saturday the 1st of March and everyone is welcome to come join Jayson and Eve on the unveiling of their new and improved café.

“We have both put a lot of effort into making it amazing and it is very different to how it was before”, Eve explained.

The Gardens Table will be open 7 days and offers customers natural food that is organic and nutrient rich. Eve and Jayson set out to transform organic and whole food into nourishing delicious affordable dishes to have in or to go.

“I love cooking wholesome food for my family and we plan on using local ingredients when we can”, Eve said.

One of the Chefs on board with Eve and Jayson is local boy Gethin Rowlands from Eugowra. He has travelled to 32 countries and has a passion for cooking, and is more than happy to share some of his culinary knowledge and experiences from all over the world.

A little peek of the menu will include Italian Schnitzel and organic beef with onion and fig jam served with salad. Special kid’s snacks, meals and baked goods will also be available.

“We are so excited to share our new food tasting experience and knowledge with Canowindra, so everyone come join us in celebration on March 1st, we will be waiting for you!”Eve and Jayson said.

The official opening will start from 10am with complementary beef sliders and free coffee, with the celebration cake at 12 noon. Come celebrate with us at 18 Tilga Street, visit us at www.thegardenstable.com.au
