The website www.canowindra.org.au, which is registered through the Age of Fishes is open to all businesses, sporting clubs, community organisations and families within the greater Canowindra region.
Arthur Falconer, who set this up originally, through a grant, said, ‘the website is free for people to upload information onto the site. All they need to do is register on the site to receive a log in.’
If your business or organisation is already listed on the site, just contact Arthur on 0408416034 and he will be apply to assist. The site displays all upcoming events, photos, businesses and is all embracing of the community. Arthur said, ‘this is the heart of the town’. Since it was started about 2 years ago the listings have received over 82,000 hits.
