“Innisvale”, a local property located on the Nangar Road was sold under auction on Thursday 20th at the Canowindra Services Club.
The property consisting of 749 acres, represented an opportunity to buy into the local market with a property which is highly suited to a range of grazing and cropping enterprises in a very productive region of the Central West of NSW.
Bidding started at $800,000 and the final bid was $1,710,000, which far exceeded the agent’s expectations. The new owners are husband and wife Sandy Moss and Sam Lawson who currently reside at Mossvale, and Adam Boyd was the vendor.
