Perennialle Plants is proud to announce I.R.L – 3 Songwriters in Real Life to be held on Friday 8th April from 7.30-1 0pm in the Emporium.
The concert will include local musician Nerida Cuddy, Craig Sinclair and Snez.
Nerida Cuddy is a composer, musician and poet from Canowindra, who during Covid has enjoyed connecting with online audiences in Australia and the UK.
Her songs reflect real emotional and narrative depth, living and breathing the landscape of rural Australia. Nerida’s latest album, “Woven”, was launched in May 2021.
The songs of Australian contemporary folk storyteller, Snez, have a way of settling into your heart and making a home, subtly weaving their magic into your soul.
“Like all the best songwriters, Snez is a sharp observer of the seemingly simple, yet subtly unique characters that pass through all our lives. Joyful, defiant and vulnerable by turns,” said Michael Smith from Rhythms Magazine.
Craig Sinclair combines timeless folk story-telling with a lyrical fingerstyle acoustic and slide guitar style, to craft a mesmerising and uniquely Australian blues sound. Craig recently relocated to Sydney from the south coast of WA. Craig’s solo shows draw on a rich musical canvas ranging from whimsical ragtime country blues to evocative open-tuned textures.
For this show Craig will also be joining Nerida Cuddy on guitar and backing harmonies.
