Two games of social bowls were played on Tuesday 13th October 2020. Moyna Rue, Moyna Rue, Diane Slattery and Jill Messenger defeated Jenny Daly, Marion Wilson, Liz Thornberry and Sandy McDonald 17-14. Daph Bryant, Penny Nash and Deanna Noble defeated Julie Wythes, Joyce Middleton and Gwen Haydon 22-12. The Lucky Draw was won by Nancy Morrow with No.11.

We have three of our members celebrating birthdays this month, Sandy McDonald on 3rd, Joice McNaught and Penny Nash on 22nd. A very happy birthday to you all.

Three matches were played in the first round of the Handicap Pairs on Tuesday 20th October 2020. Joyce Middleton and Julie wythes (Sub for Libby Balcombe) defeated Marion Wilson and Deanna Noble 26-15. Karen Cox and Jill Messenger defeated Jeanette Wheeldon and Daph Bryant 25-10. Jenny Middleton and Leanne Stevenson defeated Sharon Wynn and Moyna Rue 20-15.

Two games of social bowls were played. Liz Thornberry and Gwen Haydon defeated Penny Nash and Sandy McDonald 24-12. Betty Jenkins and Radka Tatterson defeated Diane Slattery and Christine Pickard 20-9.

The September points score was won by Moyna Rue, Leanne Stevenson and Jeanette Wheeldon. The lucky draw was won by Christine Pickard with number 16.
