At the Fun Day for 11 November, we played an Artificial Stableford
Event. Eileen and Annette came in with 33 points, closely followed
by Helen Kemper on 32. On Monday in Oberon, Annette did very
well coming in A Grade Nett Runner Up with 80 points, also taking
out A Grade longest drive. Wednesday 18 November saw our
Closing Day, which means no more “serious” golf for a few months.
Division 1 Scratch were: Beryl on 93, Runner Up Roslyn on 95,
Nett winner Eileen on 75, Runner Up Annette, Stableford winner
Joyce on 27 points, Nearest the Pin on the 4th was Eileen. Division
2 Scratch were: Maureen on 109, Runner Up Helen Constable
on 111, Nett winner Ann on 82, Runner Up Thelma on 84,
Stableford winner Helen Balcombe on 26, Nearest the Pin on the
13th was Helen Constable.
